Snowmobile
We have all seen these little snowmobiles on the pistes. In Saalbach, you can try one out yourself, on a prepared ski-doo trail of the Snowmobile City. No prior experience is required and you will receive instructions and tips right before your ride. Helmets are also provided. From the age of 15, youngsters can ride unaccompanied by an adult. Children younger than 15 can come along as passengers.
Who wants to go for a ride on the snow groomer?
Or rather: Who wants to have a go at driving one? The cumbersome-looking vehicles are surprisingly agile. In Saalbach, you can have a go at driving one after an induction session. If you prefer to come along for the ride, take a seat as a front passenger in the driver's cab - it's at least as much fun.
Quad-biking for all the family
As its name indicated, a quad is a four-wheeled off-road vehicle. In the Glemmy Offroad Park, you can ride a quad over snow-covered pistes. The Glemmy Offroad Park is located between Saalbach and Zell am See and consists of a multi-faceted driving course on an area of 60,000 m2. A driving licence is not required and even children are allowed to have a go on the quads and buggies.
